About the role
- Develop and implement sales, leasing and marketing goals
- Collaborate with Project Directors, Research Directors, Senior Project Managers and Project Specialists
- Build rapport and solidify relationships with clients and consultants
- Collaborate with the Managing Director to develop marketing plans and strategies
- Ensure accurate and timely demographic and status reporting from onsite team
- Establish and maintain performance standards for onsite sales, leasing and support staff
- Manage integrity of digital presence for assigned buildings
- Develop initiatives under the direction of EVP and Executive team
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of real estate new development marketing, sales and leasing experience.
- Proven leadership and team-building skills in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Extensive knowledge of various marketing, sales and leasing processes.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and marketing teams.
- A self-starter driven to achieve sales/leasing goals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Experience with CRM database software including Yardi and Rent Café.
