Manager

• Responsible for report building, by collecting and organizing the data within the Think LP EBR system to build KPI reports used by our AP Field Team.
• Support and maintain the development of dashboards used on a day-to-day basis by our stakeholders.
• Document and maintain records of TLP issues/solutions reported by the field users.
• Responsible, preparing files for external datasets and validating data accuracy.
• Responsible for creating, maintaining, and executing alerts within the Think LP EBR system.
• Responsible for the successful integration of all brands within the Knitwell organization.
• Monthly KPI reporting to all Field Leaders that includes store data.
• They will use the Asset Protection analytics platform to reflect current risks/exposures, including recommendations in modifying risk strategies for our retail stores.
• Build relationships with internal partners, ensuring proactive communication to understand and be responsive to business needs.
• Knowledge of common fraud schemes, contributing factors to inventory loss, and the ability to identify patterns that support Asset Protection strategies.
• Ability to learn new applications as needed to support KnitWell overall fraud strategy.
• Drives efficiencies by having continuous growth mindset.
• Ad Hoc Reporting as needed.

Business Analyst

• Responsible for entry of Promotions, Price Tests and Marketing Coupons for stores.
• Work with Merchants & Planning who identify price changes needed and enter for both stores and ecommerce channels.
• Reconcile Lane Bryant markdowns and enter markdowns/markups for Ann Taylor and Loft.
• Communicate system constraints and capabilities to business teams for planned promotions.
• Review and interpret promo charts, calendars, and style list details for promo entry.
• Must be able to analyze and determine requirements for promo set up in turn be willing to ask questions and gather missing or additional details needed to properly set up promotions.
• Coordinate semi-annual sale markdown execution and dates with the RMS team, Merchants, Planning and Store Ops.
• Review weekly price discrepancy reporting for markdown and full price styles.
• Collaborate with Merchants to determine where/when updates are needed and then submit updates.
• Ensure all approvals for promotions/price changes/markdowns are executed and Sarbanes Oxley compliant.
• Research and resolve pricing issues and discrepancies called out by stores with urgency for immediate communication to IT, stores, and ecommerce via help desk partnership.
• Strong cross functional partnerships with Marketing, Store Operations, Planning, Merchandise Operations, and Store Help Desk.
• Test that promotion setup rings correctly at the register in the test lab for offers where system constraints may challenge execution.
• Partner with IT teams on enhancements to existing or newly introduced systems or reports. Participate in testing, design and implementation depending on the requirements.

• CDP Ownership: Take charge of the CDP applications, ensuring they are efficient to support customer-centric strategies and objectives across our brands.
• Marketing Technology Guidance and Collaboration: Provide technology guidance to the consumers of our customer data as well as brand partners. (examples: Loyalty, ESP, CRM)
• Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team focused on leveraging customer data to enhance cross brand marketing, drive initiatives aimed at improving the overall customer experience and revenue.
• Data Utilization: Ensure that the right customer data is accessible and utilized effectively for targeted marketing campaigns, personalized communications, and loyalty program enhancements.
• Data Management: Oversee the management and maintenance of customer data within the CDP application, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and security.
• Snowflake & Cloud Expertise: Leverage advanced knowledge of Snowflake architecture and cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, GCP) to optimize data storage, migration, and integration strategies.
• Vendor Relationship Management: Manage relationships with third-party vendors, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance standards.
• Compliance & Governance: Review Statements of Work (SOW) and ensure adherence to compliance and governance frameworks.
• Agile & Project Management: Apply Agile methodologies and JIRA administration skills to manage project workflows, sprint planning, and delivery timelines.
• Campaign Optimization: Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize CDP campaigns, ensuring personalized and targeted communications to drive customer retention and acquisition.
• Collaboration: Collaborate closely with marketing, analytics, and technology teams to align customer data strategies with broader business objectives and ensure seamless integration with marketing initiatives.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze the performance of CDP activities and customer engagement metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
