Customer Success Manager

• Guiding the customer journey: You support customers from first contact through onboarding and product use to the successful integration of KNIME into their everyday workflows.
• Relationship management: You build strong relationships with multiple contacts across customer organizations and continuously develop these connections.
• Creating value: You are the first point of contact for questions, challenges, and opportunities, and connect customers with the appropriate internal experts when needed.
• Growth partnership: Together with Account Managers, you foster long-term collaboration and support the sustainable growth of our customer relationships.

Product Manager

• Own the user-facing experience: Work on the self-service side of KNIME’s SaaS product portfolio, with a strong focus on usability and impact.
• Translate strategy into delivery: Collaborate with UX and engineering to turn product strategy into shippable increments.
• Empower your team: Provide clear context, priorities, and direction to enable your dedicated development team to deliver outcomes.
• Drive impact: Own the roadmap, priorities, acceptance criteria, release planning, and measurement of outcomes for your product area.
• Product discovery: Gather, synthesize, and apply user feedback from multiple sources to guide product decisions.
• Stakeholder communication: Share product progress, decisions, and updates with internal teams and, where appropriate, external audiences.
• Support when it matters: Contribute to customer support if needed and take ownership of third-level issue resolution affecting your team’s area.

Sales

• Lead and develop a regional team including Account Managers, Solution Engineers, and Customer Success specialists.
• Define and execute regional sales strategies to ensure sustainable revenue growth and customer expansion.
• Develop and implement 90-day sales plans and strategic account plans aligned with company goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Participate in customer meetings to understand needs, shape solutions, and deliver value-driven outcomes.
• Work closely with Solution Engineers and other KNIMErs on proposals, demos, and use-case reviews.
• Contribute customer insights to internal discussions and help align market needs with product and business strategy.
