About the role
- Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders on HR and people-related matters
- Collaborate with department managers to understand and fulfill staffing needs
- Manage job postings, resume screenings, interviews, and selection processes
- Develop and conduct onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new employees
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify talent needs and create succession plans
- Provide coaching and guidance on career development for employees
- Support in implementing effective performance management techniques to enhance employee productivity
- Provide guidance to all employees through the performance review and appraisal process
- Support business units through organizational changes, ensuring alignment with overall company strategy
- Identify training needs within the business units and coordinate relevant programs
- Promote a culture of learning and continuous development
- Partner with leaders to foster a culture that values diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization
Requirements
- 4-6 years of progressive experience in HR with an equivalent role
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
- Proficiency in using HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across functions and with global teams
- Willingness to learn any missing skills for the role
