About the role

  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with business unit leaders and stakeholders to understand their objectives, challenges, and technology needs
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business units, providing insights and recommendations on how technology can support and enhance their operations
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of technology solutions and gather feedback
  • Work within a team of 4 to implement and support cloud-based technology, ensuring compliance, security, and excellent customer service for over 1500 IT users
  • Contribute to process improvement and optimisation across business units
  • Provide personal IT service and collaborate with IT team members to deliver technology solutions

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a track record of successfully partnering with business units to deliver technology solutions
  • Strong understanding of business processes and operations, with the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimisation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
