About the role

  • Lead technical discovery with prospects to understand their needs and align Knak solutions
  • Design and deliver tailored product demos that showcase the power and flexibility of our platform
  • Coach and support the sales team with technical expertise, demo scripting, RFP responses, and training
  • Capture customer and market insights to influence product direction and innovation
  • Represent Knak externally, from senior executive meetings to industry events

Requirements

  • 5+ years in a Solutions Consultant, Sales Engineer, or Solutions Architect role in SaaS or enterprise software
  • Deep expertise in marketing technologies and platforms (Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Eloqua, Pardot, Braze, etc.)
  • Strong technical chops—especially with APIs, JSON, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AMPscript (preferred)
  • Exceptional demo delivery and storytelling skills with a knack for making the complex simple
  • Strategic thinking, strong communication, and a collaborative mindset
  • High integrity and professionalism in every interaction
