About the role
- Lead technical discovery with prospects to understand their needs and align Knak solutions
- Design and deliver tailored product demos that showcase the power and flexibility of our platform
- Coach and support the sales team with technical expertise, demo scripting, RFP responses, and training
- Capture customer and market insights to influence product direction and innovation
- Represent Knak externally, from senior executive meetings to industry events
Requirements
- 5+ years in a Solutions Consultant, Sales Engineer, or Solutions Architect role in SaaS or enterprise software
- Deep expertise in marketing technologies and platforms (Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Eloqua, Pardot, Braze, etc.)
- Strong technical chops—especially with APIs, JSON, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AMPscript (preferred)
- Exceptional demo delivery and storytelling skills with a knack for making the complex simple
- Strategic thinking, strong communication, and a collaborative mindset
- High integrity and professionalism in every interaction
