About the role

  • Standardization of Operational Processes
  • Review existing processes and identify gaps
  • Design and implement standardized SOPs
  • Train teams and support adoption
  • Operational Optimization & PLM Digital Transformation
  • Identify digitization opportunities in PLM
  • Drive cross-functional change and adoption
  • Lead PLM rollout and post-go-live optimization
  • Enable project leads on agile practices
  • Support planning, OKRs, and milestones
  • Coach teams through delivery and sprint reviews

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience
  • PMP / Agile / Lean / Six Sigma Green Belt certification (preferred)
  • SME knowledge of end-to-end sourcing processes
  • Strong understanding of costing, capacity systems, and daily operations
  • Sound analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Ability to design and manage complex project content
  • Financial acumen with experience in business case development
  • Capability to write, analyze, and collaborate on proposals, strategy papers, and updates
