Requirements
- Proven experience as a Store Manager in a high-volume retail environment, consistently delivering results and smooth daily operations.
- Skilled at leading and coaching a diverse rōpū (team), focusing on whakawhanaketanga (development) and building a strong team culture.
- Ngā uara (values) that reflect a strong commitment to haumaru (safety), always thinking about the kiritaki (customer), and a belief in encouraging your team to whakatōmene ake (reach higher) every day
- The ability to foster strong relationships with team members, peers, customers and leaders
- Demonstrated experience in budget and financial management, including wage control.
