About the role
- Achieve KPI’s agreed with the line manager and report progress on a weekly/monthly basis
- Plan and prioritise personal sales activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving agreed business aims
- Update relevant information held in Salesforce
- Achieve or exceed expected targets securing new business opportunities within various industry sectors
- Manage multiple aspects of the business, including dealing with customer problems
- Establish a strong working relationship with your peers
- Support your manager with achieving pre planned budgets/targets
- Manage the pipeline accurately ensuring the line manager has/you have accurate forecasting to report back to the Sales director
- Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods
- Maximise revenue generation of existing and new customers through upselling the company’s product catalogue
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales
- Experience in holding presentations/demos – either face to face or online
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment: you’re used to high volumes of KPIs
- Excellent verbal communication, listening and interpersonal skills
- Experience of working with a CRM system
- Highly Motivated & Target driven
- Proactive, confident and can take decisions fast
- Account Management & Upselling skills/experience
