About the role

  • Achieve KPI’s agreed with the line manager and report progress on a weekly/monthly basis
  • Plan and prioritise personal sales activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving agreed business aims
  • Update relevant information held in Salesforce
  • Achieve or exceed expected targets securing new business opportunities within various industry sectors
  • Manage multiple aspects of the business, including dealing with customer problems
  • Establish a strong working relationship with your peers
  • Support your manager with achieving pre planned budgets/targets
  • Manage the pipeline accurately ensuring the line manager has/you have accurate forecasting to report back to the Sales director
  • Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods
  • Maximise revenue generation of existing and new customers through upselling the company’s product catalogue

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales
  • Experience in holding presentations/demos – either face to face or online
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment: you’re used to high volumes of KPIs
  • Excellent verbal communication, listening and interpersonal skills
  • Experience of working with a CRM system
  • Highly Motivated & Target driven
  • Proactive, confident and can take decisions fast
  • Account Management & Upselling skills/experience
