Social Media Manager

• Schedule approved content across Kiva’s social platforms using Sprout Social
• Maintain a consistent post cadence of 2-3 posts per week for Instagram, 1-2 posts per week for Facebook
• Ensure correct copy, tagging, formatting, links, and accessibility best practices (e.g., alt text)
• Coordinate with the Creative team Project Manager to source evergreen assets
• Monitor Sprout Smart Inbox daily for comments, messages, and mentions
• Respond to routine inquiries and comments in alignment with brand voice and guidelines
• Compile quarterly social performance reports across platforms
• Track core metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, CTR, top-performing posts)
