About the role
- Lead the proposal team during the preparation of offers/proposals
- Act as the central point of contact and coordinate contributing specialist departments
- Responsible for adherence to proposal processes, timelines and budget
- Develop and analyze customer requirements; create and review solution concepts in cooperation with the responsible technical department
- Technical engineering/project planning of systems, including assessment of technical feasibility
- Prepare technical and costing documentation, proposal documents and specifications; obtain and evaluate supplier quotations
- Prepare total cost calculations across all trades/scopes
- Plan and facilitate customer workshops
- Collaborate with Sales on technical queries
- Support contract drafting and negotiations
Requirements
- Degree in Logistics or equivalent expertise in logistics systems (warehousing and distribution, food retail, mail-order/online retail, logistics service providers)
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in English
- Experience supporting internal and external customers
- Willingness to travel within Central Europe
- Experience leading interdisciplinary teams
