About the role

  • Find, diagnose, and rectify faults in STILL forklifts and other material handling equipment
  • Undertake preventative maintenance on equipment at customer sites
  • Work with various types of forklifts and material handling equipment from small pallet trucks to automated trucks

Requirements

  • Experience in vehicle technicians, mechanical engineers, forklift technician, plant fitter, plant technician, or similar role
  • Experience within plant equipment, powered access equipment, agricultural machinery, motor vehicles or industrial cleaners
  • IT literate and able to use latest technology to keep accurate records and place orders
  • Good communication skills to liaise with customers and internal colleagues
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Take pride in your work and complete tasks to the highest standard
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • A positive and can-do attitude
  • Flexibility to adapt to the changing needs of the role
  • A desire to be a STILL brand ambassador
  • Ideally NVQ level 3 (or equivalent) qualification, although this is not essential
  • Must hold a full UK driving licence.
