About the role
- Lead, mentor, and develop a People Operations team
- Establish and evolve the People Operations function to support a growing organization
- Serve as an embedded People Operations partner to a designated business group
- Design, implement, and scale core People Operations programs
- Use data and insights to assess program effectiveness and inform future improvements
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in People Operations or a related people-focused role
- 2+ years of leadership experience managing People Operations teams and/or leading complex, strategic people initiatives
- Proven ability to design, scale, and optimize core people programs
- Strong program ownership skills with experience managing complex initiatives across multiple stakeholders and functions
- Clear, confident communicator who can simplify complex topics, influence leaders, and build trust with employees at all levels.
