• Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Flows

Salesforce Engineer II

Art Director

• Lead creative strategy: Define and drive the creative vision for our brand, ensuring it aligns with business goals and market trends.
• Own the look and feel of tertiary design languages, including KindCon, the Kindsight community, and our research initiatives, ensuring they reflect and enhance our overarching brand identity.
• Balance execution and resources at scale: Know when to take the lead on design execution, when to delegate to freelancers, and when to leverage AI to optimize workflows and scale production.
• Leverage emerging technologies: Stay ahead of design trends and tools, adopting the best new approaches to simplify workflows, generate concepts, and optimize asset production.
• Find ways to empower employees to use these tools effectively, fostering a culture of creativity and self-sufficiency.
• Design execution: Create high-quality designs across various platforms, from digital ads and print assets to social collateral and keynote presentations, setting the standard for excellence.
• Brand ownership: Oversee our visual identity, ensuring consistency and memorable experiences across all touchpoints.
• Project management: Handle design asks/briefs as they come in and manage design projects from start to finish, meeting deadlines and staying within budget. In the case of printed materials, this includes the production/pre-press process and preparing files for print.
• Collaborate across teams: Partner with marketing, product, and executive teams to align creative efforts with company objectives.
• Employee enablement: Develop resources, tools, and processes that enable employees to become stewards of our brand, ensuring they can leverage approved AI tools to independently create on-brand materials with confidence.
• Manage external designers: Provide direction and feedback to external creative resources, ensuring their work meets brand standards.
• Present and communicate: Share creative concepts and updates with internal stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine and elevate designs.

Creative Director

• Contribute to the maintenance, improvement, and support of existing Salesforce-based applications and managed packages.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, stand-ups) and collaborate closely with peers on a remote team.
• Write clean, efficient, and testable code; contribute to code reviews and technical documentation.
• Support product releases through testing, deployment, and post-release monitoring.

Customer Success Manager

• Own a portfolio of clients, serving as the primary point of contact to ensure satisfaction, retention, product adoption, and revenue growth.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term, trusted client relationships, advocating for their success and coordinating with Client Support to resolve technical issues.
• Develop and execute account growth strategies to identify and secure upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities aligned with client goals and business needs.
• Deliver recommendations, showcasing how additional products, services, or features can drive measurable ROI for the client.
• Proactively prospect within existing accounts to identify new business needs, product gaps, and expansion opportunities.
• Provide technical insights and leading practices to clients for optimizing Salesforce-native Advancement RM products.
• Supports CRM clients with advancement ecosystem products, including Salesforce AppExchange and integrated solutions.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting through CRM tools, tracking all account activity and revenue opportunities.
• Translate client feedback into actionable requirements for Product Management.
• Keep clients informed of Salesforce and Kindsight product updates, new features, and technical best practices.
• Drive renewals and expansion opportunities by demonstrating the technical and business value of our solutions.

Enterprise Client Success Manager

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, serving as their trusted advisor and advocate within the company
• Drive customer retention and growth among our customers by understanding their needs and objectives and helping them achieve their desired outcomes and success in their mission
• Proactively monitor customer usage and satisfaction, analyzing data and feedback to identify trends and insights to enable successful adoption of our products
• Maintain a regular cadence of communicating with customers to provide expert coaching to enable them to maximize the value they derive from our products
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to customers, driving revenue growth
• Identify at-risk customers and develop strategies to mitigate churn, including proactive outreach and intervention
• Create positive experiences for customers that drive a positive Net Promoter Score (NPS)
• Identify opportunities for customers to act as Kindsight advocates to provide testimonials, case studies and references
• Marshall resources across the iWave teams as needed to support customers’ needs
• Represent the voice of the customer to better inform our sales process and product roadmap
• Some travel to conferences and customer sites may be required
