About the role
- Drives Operational Excellence through ownership and accountability of the mobility and MAC platforms.
- Provides Customer Support and drives escalation upon necessity.
- Drives growth of functional and technical expertise and acumen.
- Maintains functional and technical structure of the platforms while looking for opportunities to continuously improve.
Requirements
- Verbal and written fluency in English is mandatory
- College Bachelor Degree
- 5+ years’ experience in delivering the analysis, configuration, customization, testing, deployment, and support for the mobility platform.
- 7+ years’ experience providing Customer Support and drives escalation upon necessity – customer support and user technical support to senior managers and executive team members.
- Experience in driving Operational Excellence through ownership and accountability of the mobility and MAC platforms (Apple IOS experience)
- Experience with Application: Intune and JAMF experience
- Ability to work in a virtual team which may work across distance (remote), cultures and time zones, in a matrix with multiple reporting lines, and may extend outside the K-C organization including suppliers, partners and customers and vendors.
- Has a comprehensive knowledge of the technical specialism, the technology involved, current developments, the most commonly available products, and the application of the specialism within a technical or business environment.
- Has a broad knowledge of IT and an excellent understanding of how the technical specialism relates to other areas of IT and how it impacts on other business functions.
- Displays good inter-personal skills, demonstrating the ability to relate to customers in their own language.
- Has project and/or change management experience on technology-based projects.
- Able to perform a broad range of work, sometimes complex and non-routine independently
- Understanding of technical change management and incident management process(es)
