About the role
- Support the business with reporting and analytics.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data for actionable insights.
- Monitor KPIs to track sales performance and suggest improvements.
- Create compelling presentations to communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Manage sales data ensuring accuracy and completeness in Salesforce.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and refine sales and revenue forecasts.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in sales operations or a related role.
- Strong proficiency in CRM tools, Salesforce preferred.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Pipeline management and revenue forecasting experience.
- Advanced computer skills including superior proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Applications.
- Experience with Power BI a plus.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting all commitments and deadlines.
