About the role
- Own internal IT operations, including access management, device provisioning, and employee support
- Maintain and control access rights across all company systems
- Build and manage company asset and software registries
- Resolve internal IT issues and improve support processes
- Collaborate with external vendors to implement and maintain system integrations
- Identify and implement automation opportunities across IT workflows using AI tools
Requirements
- 4–7+ years of experience in IT administration or IT operations
- Experience managing SaaS environments and access control systems
- Hands-on experience with system integrations and external vendors
- Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
- Experience improving or automating internal processes
- Nice to have: Experience in startup environments
- Familiarity with AI tools for automation
- Basic scripting or low-code automation experience
- Exposure to security and compliance practices
