About the role
- Design, implement, and continuously improve core People processes, ensuring their adoption through proactive communication, documentation, and structured execution.
- Manage employment contracts and HR documentation in compliance with Greek labor legislation
- Coordinate payroll processes with external accountants and payroll providers
- Lead employee onboarding and offboarding, ensuring a smooth employee experience
- Support performance tracking and People processes (goal setting, feedback cycles, documentation)
- Organize internal team events and culture initiatives to strengthen team engagement
- Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with local labor regulations
- Support recruitment processes when needed (coordination, candidate experience, interview logistics)
Requirements
- 4–7+ years of experience in HR generalist or People operations roles
- Solid understanding of Greek labor law and employment practices
- Experience managing HR administration, contracts, and payroll coordination
- Strong organizational skills, structured thinking and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and confidence working with leadership and employees
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a growing environment
- Fluency in Greek and English
