About the role

  • Design, implement, and continuously improve core People processes, ensuring their adoption through proactive communication, documentation, and structured execution.
  • Manage employment contracts and HR documentation in compliance with Greek labor legislation
  • Coordinate payroll processes with external accountants and payroll providers
  • Lead employee onboarding and offboarding, ensuring a smooth employee experience
  • Support performance tracking and People processes (goal setting, feedback cycles, documentation)
  • Organize internal team events and culture initiatives to strengthen team engagement
  • Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with local labor regulations
  • Support recruitment processes when needed (coordination, candidate experience, interview logistics)

Requirements

  • 4–7+ years of experience in HR generalist or People operations roles
  • Solid understanding of Greek labor law and employment practices
  • Experience managing HR administration, contracts, and payroll coordination
  • Strong organizational skills, structured thinking and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence working with leadership and employees
  • Ability to work independently and proactively in a growing environment
  • Fluency in Greek and English
