About the role
- Lead a team of Behavior Technicians providing in-home ABA services to children (ages 3–18)
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
- Monitor client progress
- Maintain accurate documentation
Requirements
- NY LBA is required
- Valid Medicaid ID and/or bilingual (Spanish, Mandarin, Bengali)
- Collaboration with families to ensure meaningful outcomes
- Mentor and support team with ongoing feedback
- Sign-on bonus for eligible candidates
