About the role
- Support the Ancillary IT lines of business, including dental, vision, and Consumer-Directed Health (CDH) products
- Ensure the successful execution of production jobs, resolve defects, and develop or enhance mainframe logic to prevent job failures
- Work on claim file loading, CDH membership reconciliations, and corrections
- Support project initiatives related to 2026 benefits and enrolment
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in systems analysis
- Strong mainframe (COBOL) skills
- SQL – database query, troubleshooting, and reporting
- Experience with system development and project lifecycle processes
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts into business friendly language
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or 10+ years’ experience
