💰 $144,500 - $170,000 per year
About the role
- Lead centralized HQ accounting operations, including complex journal entries, reconciliations, and account analyses across global entities
- Oversee complex accounting areas, ensuring proper treatment and consistency across global operations
- Strengthen and standardize global internal control frameworks, accounting policies, and procedures
- Drive HQ-led monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities
- Identify, design, and implement process improvements
- Partner with executive leadership and global finance teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 8+ years of accounting experience
- CPA or equivalent certification required
- Public/Corporate accounting mix preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated experience in implementing accounting standards and managing technical accounting issues
- Advanced knowledge of accounting software (ERP/HFM), accounting standards and financial system tools, with strong Excel skills
