About the role

  • Define the pedagogical approach and content strategy for Science (Grades 6–12), ensuring alignment with curriculum standards.
  • Lead and mentor a team of content creators and reviewers to hit production milestones while maintaining high quality.
  • Establish and manage rigorous quality review processes for science videos, articles, and exercises.
  • Analyze student learning data and mastery patterns to identify content gaps and areas for improvement in the science domain.
  • Build and optimize documentation and workflows to make the science content development process more efficient and scalable.
  • Partner with the implementation team to gather feedback from teachers and students to refine content impact.

Requirements

  • Deep knowledge of secondary school Science in one or more of Physics, Chemistry, and Biology up to Grade 12.
  • 6-8 years of experience in science education, curriculum development, with at least 2-3 years of ed-tech content management.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead teams of various sizes and compositions.
  • Ability to turn complex data into actionable content strategies.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to lead a remote-first team.
