Attorney

• Supporting our global privacy compliance program and processes, including administering tools and coordinating responses to privacy inquiries and coordinating responses to privacy and security compliance assessments under guidance from privacy and security specialists.
• Administering our vendor management and procurement programs and tools, providing support to business leads and vendor approvers to assure that vendor onboarding and RFP processes are completed in accordance with company policies. Legal Operations Manager, Privacy and Compliance

QA Engineer

• As a Senior Quality Engineer at Khan Academy for a 24 months fixed term, you will ensure the quality and reliability of our web-based products used by schools and learners to improve educational outcomes.
• You will engage in both manual testing and test automation, developing and maintaining automated tests to detect regressions while also performing comprehensive manual testing of new features.
• Working within a cross-functional product development team, you will collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and support teams to advocate for exceptional user experiences through all stages of the product design and development lifecycle.
• Leveraging your experience with AI tooling to accelerate the discipline of Quality Engineering on your team and across the department.
• In collaboration with your manager, defining your team’s quality strategy (thresholds for good quality, plans for investing in different types of testing, etc), then working with teammates to bring it to fruition.
• Owning manual test plan development and execution for new features on the team.

Senior Quality Engineer – 24 months fixed-term

Manager

• Define the pedagogical approach and content strategy for Science (Grades 6–12), ensuring alignment with curriculum standards.
• Lead and mentor a team of content creators and reviewers to hit production milestones while maintaining high quality.
• Establish and manage rigorous quality review processes for science videos, articles, and exercises.
• Analyze student learning data and mastery patterns to identify content gaps and areas for improvement in the science domain.
• Build and optimize documentation and workflows to make the science content development process more efficient and scalable.
• Partner with the implementation team to gather feedback from teachers and students to refine content impact.

Science Manager

Revenue Operations

• Partner with the Sales and Philanthropy teams to create, update, and manage customer invoices.
• Manage customer collections and serve as the primary point of contact for billing and payment inquiries.
• Collect, review, and record transaction-level cash activity from multiple sources, including bank accounts, Stripe, PayPal, and donation platforms, and post activity in the accounting system.
• Prepare and record cash-related accruals for processed transactions that have not yet been deposited.
• Maintain alignment between the CRM (Salesforce), accounting system (Intacct), and bank activity, and collaborate with the Sales and Philanthropy Teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor payment processors and investigate and resolve processing, settlement, or reconciliation issues.
• Manage month-end close activities related to cash receipts and accounts receivable, including reconciliation to bank statements and CRM data.
• Prepare cash and receivables reports and audit support schedules (PBCs).

Senior Revenue Operations Analyst

Analytics Engineer

• Design, build, and maintain dbt models that transform raw event- and entity-level data into curated, analytics-ready datasets.
• Develop, document, and test semantic and reporting layers in Looker (LookML).
• Partner with Analysts and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure consistent metric definitions and accurate data pipelines.
• Contribute to data modeling best practices, including naming conventions, incremental strategies, and schema evolution.
• Implement data quality tests and validation checks to ensure reliability of production datasets.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data issues, coordinating fixes with Data Infrastructure and Engineering.

Analytics Engineer II

• Oversee the sales to payment process for our district and partnership customers
• Coordinate with the External Relations Team to create and modify invoices when necessary, ensuring effective and standardized billing for customers
• Manage and improve effective collection processes with customers by communicating directly with customers regarding any aspect of the billing process
• Collect the incoming cash data from various sources including the bank accounts, several payment processors and donation portals and record the data into our Accounting system
• Oversee data alignment process with CRM system (Salesforce) and Accounting System (Intacct) and work closely with External Relations to resolve any discrepancies
• Resolve issues or inquiries from External Relations Team regarding the billing and payment questions
• Monitor and resolve any issues from our payment processors
• Responsible for month-end close activities for incoming cash and accounts receivable by ensuring they are aligned with the bank statements and CRM system
• Collaborate with other team members to create and update process documentation
• Assist with financial report preparation regarding incoming cash and receivables.

Product Designer

• Leverage your product design and systems thinking skills to form and advocate for a clear Design POV for making enhancements to an existing user platform
• Create end-to-end design artifacts–including journey maps, system maps, wireframes and flows, low-high fidelity mockups, AI-scaffolded prototypes—to test hypotheses around solutions impacting clarity, reach, engagement, and product cohesion
• Partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, Content, and Partnerships to iterate on existing products and design new experiences.
