Serve as a senior subject-matter expert and trusted advisor on global employment practices and HR compliance.
Provide strategic counsel and hands-on execution to ensure company people practices are legally compliant, ethically grounded, and aligned with business objectives worldwide.
Partner with HR, Legal, and business leaders to mitigate risk, integrate employment considerations into organizational change, and ensure consistent global practices adapted to local requirements.
Advise on, develop, and maintain global employment policies and HR programs aligned with business objectives and labor regulations.
Monitor international employment law trends and recommend policy updates.
Provide expertise on employment-related aspects of global M&A including due diligence and workforce transitions.
Shape and support global compliance frameworks related to employment, workplace practices, and workforce governance.
Act as a senior advisor to the CPO, People partners, and organizational leaders on complex global employment matters.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Law, or related field required; advanced degree (JD, MBA, or equivalent) preferred.
10+ years of HR, legal, or employment compliance experience in global organizations.
Deep knowledge of international employment laws and HR compliance requirements.
Demonstrated experience in policy development, compliance program implementation, and cross-border HR initiatives.
Proven expertise in supporting employment integration during mergers, acquisitions, or organizational transformations.
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across functions and regions.
