About the role

  • Provide day-to-day execution of investment banking mandates (Debt Capital Markets and Public Finance opportunities)
  • Revenue generation based on existing or new clients
  • Leading teams of Associates and Analysts in the provision of financing services to clients
  • Managing and executing tasks encompassing comprehensive financial modeling and valuation analyses
  • Analyzing financial statements and operating metrics to generate industry insights
  • Developing a thorough understanding of trends and competitive dynamics within the sector
  • Coordinating appropriate organizational resources to deliver product solutions and advice to clients
  • Ongoing involvement in the identification and recruitment of potential new hire candidates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Business Admin, Economics or Liberal Arts (preferred)
  • Master's Degree in Business Administration (preferred) OR equivalent experience (required)
  • 5+ years of investment banking experience (required)
  • Relevant client interaction and transaction experience in the Public Finance industry (required)
  • FINRA License S7 within 1 Year (required)
  • FINRA License S63 within 1 Year (required)
  • FINRA License S52 within 1 Year (required)
