About the role

  • Completes assigned work requests; collaborates with peers and escalates as needed.
  • Participates in the continuous improvement idea generation process (process simplification and automation).
  • Analyzes the data available, determines gaps, identifies next steps, and resolves routine problems.
  • Adheres to all Key Policies and Standards and escalates exceptions or violations encountered.
  • Interacts with peers and begins to branch out with members of other technology teams.
  • Resolves issues for line of business (LOB) partners and learns about their technology needs.
  • Develops continuous learning for self and shares perspective on KeyBank processes.
  • Schedules, coordinates and facilitates tactical meetings with team members, peers, and vendors.
  • Gathers and analyzes metrics to monitor health of product, process, and/or environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred) OR equivalent experience (required)
  • 1+ years of relevant experience (preferred)
  • Basic understanding of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques
  • Basic understanding of business concepts, tools, and processes
  • Ability to take personal responsibility for assignments, decisions and results
  • Ability to work with a variety of individuals and groups in a constructive and collaborative manner
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups, or activities
  • Ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs
  • Basic understanding of Information Technology (IT) systems and standards
