Requirements

Bachelor's Degree (preferred) OR equivalent experience (required)
3+ years of relevant experience (required)
Basic Understanding of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction
Working Knowledge of quality management methods, tools, and techniques.
Working Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving operational or process problems.
Working Knowledge of software development life cycle.
Basic Understanding of emerging technologies.
Working Knowledge and insight into evaluating current product quality and production methods.
