Operations

• Set up, traffic, and QA digital ad campaigns (including newsletter ads, native banners, and related units) across Key Media websites, newsletters, GAM, and other digital platforms to ensure accurate and timely deployment.
• Monitor and maintain campaign performance by pulling and updating basic reports, identifying and flagging inventory, delivery, or scheduling issues, and completing day-to-day administrative tasks to keep campaigns running smoothly.
• Partner closely with client fulfilment and other internal teams to support retargeting, audience-based, lead generation, and occasional social campaigns over time, while responding to additional Ad Ops requests as your platform expertise (e.g., DV360, ZoomInfo Marketing) grows.

Ad Operations Coordinator

• Liaise with journalists around the world to clarify the details of your assignments.
• Write content that is specifically targeted towards the background, interests, and language of our niche readers.
• Write in the style of our niche publications (for example, using language that is appropriate for the geographical markets that you are writing for).
• Develop a strong understanding of the language and vocabulary used by our readers.
• Meet company deadlines.

• Analyze and identify different sections of court documents.
• Summarize court documents using AI-powered tools while ensuring clarity and accuracy.
• Review and verify all research output to maintain editorial integrity.
• Monitor external sources daily for updates on court cases and business deals.
• Conduct email outreach to law firms and organizations to confirm details about ongoing transactions and legal cases.
• Maintain up-to-date records, closing cases when necessary.
• Collaborate with a global team of journalists and editors to ensure content quality and timeliness.
• Input and manage information in a deals database, ensuring data accuracy.
• Research and cover key business topics including employment law, M&A, capital markets transactions, and litigation.
