About the role

  • Provide credible P&O partnership and advisory support to a diverse group of leaders, managers, and employees
  • Work alongside the P&O network (Country Business Partners, Global Business Partners, Country P&O Board, Centers of Excellence, etc.) to support the overall P&O strategy
  • Drive operational excellence initiatives within P&O guidance
  • Implement organizational changes in accordance with national policies and principles
  • Provide advice to managers on employment law matters and collaborate with the local works council
  • Implement local P&O projects at both business unit and country level

Requirements

  • Full professional proficiency in German and English (written and spoken)
  • Several years of P&O-related experience
  • Experience in a collaborative team environment and working with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization
  • Knowledge of Austrian labor law
  • Strong communication and project management skills
