About the role

  • Program Design & Implementation: Design, develop, and implement innovative and comprehensive training and learning programs that foster continuous professional growth and align organizational goals and workforce development needs.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a dynamic team of training and learning professionals, providing mentorship and coaching to elevate instructional design quality, promote leadership, and cultivate a culture of accountability and professional development.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with senior management and diverse teams to identify skill gaps, tailor personalized training solutions, and co-create learning strategies that enhance employee performance. Actively participate as a member of the Kenvue Enterprise Learning Leaders Network.
  • Innovative Learning Technologies: Drive initiatives to incorporate innovative learning technologies and methodologies, including gamification and immersive experiences, to enhance training delivery, engagement, and the overall learner experience.
  • Effectiveness Evaluation: Oversee the evaluation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of training effectiveness using data-driven measurement tools, learning impact metrics, and feedback mechanisms to iteratively enhance program effectiveness and learner engagement.
  • Training Strategy Support: Support the training strategy and deployment for Consumer Care’s interaction platforms for contact management and social engagement, ensuring adherence to strict training requirements in all new documents, training impact assessments, and curriculums.
  • Communication Strategy Development: Develop a communication strategy for upcoming learning initiatives, projects, or relevant news that impacts the Consumer Care community.
  • Leadership Development: Champion leadership development programs to prepare high-potential employees for advanced roles within the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 6-8 years of progressive experience in learning and development, including supervisory or managerial roles.
  • They provide expertise in designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs that support organizational objectives.
  • Strong proficiency with digital tools including email, word processing, spreadsheets, and learning management systems.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, delegate tasks, and ensure follow-up.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of influencing and engaging stakeholders at all levels.
  • Availability to travel in 10%.
