Strategy

• The Associate Manager, Customer Strategy plays a critical role in shaping and activating customer‑specific strategies that drive profitable, omnichannel growth across assigned brands and retailers, with a focus on hair, face or incubator portfolios within Kenvue's Skin Health & Beauty business segment.
• This role sits at the intersection of customer, category, and brand strategy—translating enterprise priorities and performance insights into executable customer plans.
• It acts as a strategic thought partner to Customer Development, Brand, Finance, Demand/Supply Planning and Category/Shopper teams to inform joint business planning (JBP), innovation execution, forecasting alignment and customer storytelling.
• Success in this role requires strong analytical judgment, the ability to synthesize complex inputs into clear recommendations, and the confidence to influence cross‑functional stakeholders in a fast‑paced, evolving retail environment.
• Lead development of customer‑specific strategies and activation plans aligned to brand and category priorities.
• Synthesize insights from syndicated data (Circana/Nielsen), retailer data, POS performance, innovation tracking and category fundamentals to inform customer plans.
• Serve as a strategic partner to Customer Development teams by delivering clear sell‑in stories, performance readouts and growth recommendations.
• Own and deliver customer insights, line review support, and strategic deep dives (e.g., distribution gaps, innovation pacing, promo effectiveness).
• Partner cross‑functionally with Brand, Finance, Demand/Supply Planning and Commercial teams to ensure aligned execution and forecasting support.

Associate Manager, Customer Strategy

• The Reliability & Rapid Response Senior Manager will be responsible for organizing large or strategically important programs and activities for the North America Supply Chain business unit.
• Responsibilities will include developing short and long-term programs to support the Supply Chain Operating Model, as well as creating and managing goals and initiatives.
• The senior manager is responsible for driving the reliability & agility programs within the business unit and in alignment with the regional and global strategies.

• Develop and implement the Agility Strategy throughout NA as part of our Customer Reliability efforts, offering a range of supply chain solutions to help reduce costs and improve profitability through new configuration/design of supply chains to service unpredictable demand for a wide variety of variants.

• Implement the design, execution, and independent research of innovative hair care formulations and scientific concepts, integrating novel approaches to enhance product efficacy and consumer appeal.
• Be involved in cross-functional collaboration with R&D, marketing, supply chain teams, and academic or industry partners to translate scientific innovations into scalable, market-ready solutions.
• Spearhead the deployment and continuous improvement of advanced analytical techniques, experimental protocols, and methodologies to optimize product performance, data accuracy, and reliability.

R&D Deployment Principal Scientist, Hair Care

General

• Accountable for end-to-end site operations, inclusive of production, inbound, outbound, and inventory execution supporting Trade Customization
• Ensure materials and finished goods flow accurately and on time across third-party logistics providers (3PLs), co‑packing and assembly sites, and internal distribution centers
• Ensure accurate inventory movements, SAP transaction integrity, and alignment of distribution execution with Trade Customization project timelines
• Lead daily inbound and outbound coordination for Trade Customization materials and finished goods, ensuring inventory accuracy, transactional integrity, and service adherence
• Monitor execution risks and service performance, leading corrective actions for recurring issues
• Partner with Planners, Project Managers, Finance, Master Data, Transportation, and external partners to drive executional excellence for trade customization
