About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- The Field Executions Associate Manager is responsible for supervising sales team on the assigned territory.
- Provide leadership, guidance and customer product expertise to the sales team.
- Meet or exceed established sales goals through implementation of sales activities.
- Maintains and nurtures strong partnerships with customers through regular engagements.
- Works closely with Shopper Marketing Managers, Category Activation Managers and Account/Territory/Distributor Managers for alignment of strategies.
- Ensures the appropriate allocation and disbursement of campaign/execution funds.
- Contributes to the creation of long-range strategic plan and annual business plan for the area.
- Spots opportunities for field executions process improvement or business development.
Requirements
What you’ll need- A minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or any related discipline is required.
- At least 3-5 years of professional experience in sales, trade marketing, category management, or customer development.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and develop strategic plans.
- Proven experience in executing trade and brand activations, sales campaigns, and in-store merchandising programs.
- Ability to manage budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and evaluate execution effectiveness.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with CRM or ERP systems.
- Ability to travel within the assigned area for customer visits, trade engagements, and execution monitoring.
