• Kentro is hiring an experienced **ServiceNow Developer - Software Asset Management** to support the development and implementation of IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Asset Management (ITAM), and Software Asset Management related functions within our VA End-user Support Operations and Monitoring (ESOM) contract. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in IT management with expertise in the ServiceNow platform and SAM Modules. This role requires exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and the ability to build lasting relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• **Solution Design**
• - Design and develop scalable, efficient, and secure Software Asset Management solutions that meet agency requirements.
• - Create detailed documentation for Software Asset Management solutions including, but not limited to, graphical solution representations, written solutions descriptions, and facilitate / support solutions delivery.
• - Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement in Software Asset Management practices and technologies for solution integration.
• - Identify areas of risk in Software Asset Management solutions and provide risk mitigation recommendations for implementation.
• - Lead technical teams in the implementation of Software Asset Management solutions, ensuring alignment with best practices and business objectives.
• **Training and Mentorship**
• - Determine and facilitate relevant training for junior professionals and users across agency contracts.
• - Provide mentorship for Software Asset Management professionals.
• **Stakeholder Engagement**
• - Collaborate with leaders, managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance.
• - Collaborate with Test Management team to support the development of Test Scripts to validate developed solutions.
• - Build relationships with partners, vendors, agency stakeholders, and ESOM Business Operations teammates to enhance effective delivery of solutions and implementation of Software Asset Management requirements.

ServiceNow Developer – ESOM, HAM

ServiceNow Developer – ESOM, SAM

Analyst

• Track, review, and verify project deliverables against scope, schedule, and quality criteria.
• Ensure each delivery is properly formatted, approved, and documented before submission.
• Maintain a centralized repository of deliverables and version control.
• Conduct quality check on content, data, and documentation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with standards.
• Support the implementation of quality control checklist and review protocols.
• Identify quality issues and collaborate with project teams to correct them prior to delivery.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance deliverable quality and efficiency.

• Support the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Office of Clinical Informatics to enhance and standardize clinical workflows and improve healthcare delivery
• Identify and resolve clinical and operational inefficiencies across the VA Enterprise
• Manage multiple initiatives using agile methodologies and collaborate with Product Manager and Release Train Engineer as needed
• Define impact metrics such as leading and lagging indicators, OKRs, and KPIs
• Create lean business cases and feature canvases (as outlined in SAFe)

Security Engineer

• Kentro is hiring an experienced Senior Cyber Security Engineer to support a DOD SOCOM opportunity. Kentro will provide the Government with program management and services related to emerging technology solutions, including Enterprise Architecture (EA) and data science, application development and management support, training, and enterprise ecosystem support.
• Responsibilities:
• Develops, implements, and monitors security measures to protect computer systems, network software, and information to ensure secure, reliable, and uninterrupted availability.
• Monitors, detects, mitigates, and responds to cyber incidents. Performs operational Cybersecurity and infrastructure support.
• Implements and enforces cyber security policies and requirements are addressed.
• Conducts certification and testing following the Risk Management Framework (RMF) and National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) policy.
• Identifies deficiencies and vulnerabilities and provides risk mitigation recommendations. Integrates projects with the current USSOCOM ICAM, PKI, ABAC, and RBAC capability.
• Automates security and testing processes, integrating security tools and practices into the development pipeline and fostering a shared responsibility for performance and security.
