About the role
- Design and optimize HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other facility systems to ensure operational efficiency and reliability
- Oversee preventive and reactive maintenance activities to key projects, ensuring minimal downtime and prompt resolution of issues
- Lead facility-related construction, renovation, and upgrade projects from planning through execution, managing timelines, budgets, and quality
- Ensure all facility operations comply with local, state, and federal health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Manage relationships with external contractors and service providers to ensure quality and cost-effective delivery
- Evaluate and implement facility layout changes to support business needs and improve workflows
- Develop and implement energy conservation initiatives and sustainability programs to reduce environmental impact and operating costs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Facilities Engineering (or related field)
- PE license preferred
- 7+ years of experience in facility engineering or building systems management
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building automation systems
- Proven experience managing capital projects and vendor relationships
- Familiarity with OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory standards
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US and not require sponsorship now or in the future
