About the role
- Lead the hourly operations teams
- Ensure adherence to plant environmental, safety and health guidelines and regulations
- Drive continuous improvement behaviors on the manufacturing floor
- Partner with Materials Management team to optimize manufacturing inventory levels
- Support direct report team members by conducting performance reviews
Requirements
- BS in Engineering, business or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing
- 5 years of related manufacturing management experience
- Lean/Six Sigma™ Black Belt certification preferred
- Knowledge and experience in using SAP is preferred
- Strong computer literacy including MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
