Define production working phase sequence to achieve targeted product cost and equipment investment costs
Ensure appropriate production methods, cycle time, equipment performance, and materials/component flow to support production targets
Identify and recommend production process improvements, define layout and tooling, and implement improvement projects
Ensure production process compliance with project targets including quality and safety; approve designs and perform final tests
Diagnose issues in production lines, identify corrective actions, resolve issues, and provide training to production teams as needed
Support production during internal/external process and equipment start-up; define action plans and training for maintenance and production resources
Evaluate process technologies (ERP/MES) to improve productivity, quality, and cost reduction; define and lead testing activities and external provider choices
Prepare technical documentation regarding process phases, related methods, and cycle times
Requirements
B.Sc. in Engineering (Production, Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical)
Over 3 years of power electronics/final assembly industry experience
Over 3 years of manufacturing experience and ability to identify process improvements
