About the role
- Managing accounts in the North West of England and surrounding areas
- Supporting the preparation of sales plans and demand forecasts
- Identifying new business opportunities and gathering market intelligence
- Managing and developing your sales territory
- Visiting existing and new customers, assessing customer needs
- Responding promptly and accurately to customer inquiries
- Defining customer needs through technical trials and tests at customer sites
- Coordinating technical support, including follow-up on samples
Requirements
- Education in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or another relevant field
- Technical and commercial experience in tissue or paper manufacturing
- Strong account management skills
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
- Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), ERP (SAP), and sales systems
- Experience in the paper manufacturing sector or sales experience in the paper-chemical sector would be an asset
