Account Executive

• Servicing existing and new accounts, including on site analysis, troubleshooting, inspection, design and installation of feed and delivery systems as well as any service function related to the sale and maintenance of Kemira product lines.
• Establishing a business plan with goals and objectives for sales and profits to new and existing business.
• Providing customer with timely service reports.
• Communicating mill requirements/opportunities.
• Providing attention to customer needs and identifying new sales opportunities.
• Monitoring Kemira product and service quality, and addressing issues.
• Resolving customer concerns to customer’s satisfaction.
• Maintaining sales information systems and expense reporting systems in a timely and accurate manner.
• Attending appropriate industry conferences and assigned company meetings.
• Developing technical and sales skills by participating in and completing, company approved training programs.
