About the role
- Manage trafficking of all creative assets (TV, radio, outdoor, digital, streaming, etc.) to stations, networks, and vendors.
- Maintain up-to-date traffic and rotation calendars by market and media type.
- Ensure correct creative versions, tags, and legal disclaimers are delivered on schedule.
- Communicate with media buyers, stations, and internal stakeholders to confirm receipt, airing, and performance of creative assets.
- Track creative expirations, talent usage, and legal clearance timelines.
- Coordinate updates and revisions for campaign launches, renewals, and new creative rollouts.
- Maintain internal filing and asset management systems for all creative materials.
- Support the marketing team with reporting, verification logs, and campaign proof of performance as needed.
- Identify and resolve trafficking or scheduling errors proactively.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in advertising traffic, media operations, or marketing project coordination (agency or in-house preferred).
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with multi-market advertising and asset management workflows.
- Proficiency with Excel/Sheets and comfort working in shared project management tools.
- Experience with radio and TV trafficking, Ad-ID systems, or station traffic portals is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
