- You are an established recruitment professional who:
- - Has 5-10 years of proven recruitment experience with a track record of successful placements and client relationships in your local market.
- - Is ready for independence - You have been thinking about starting your own operation but want the backing of an established brand
- - OR has recently launched an independent recruitment business and seeks strategic partnership to accelerate growth
- - Possesses strong industry networks and the ability to generate business through existing relationships
- - Values collaboration while maintaining entrepreneurial drive

- - Has the ambition to build a sustainable, profitable recruitment operation
Requirements
- Essential
- - Minimum 5 years recruitment experience
- - Demonstrated ability to manage full recruitment lifecycle independently
- - Strong client relationship management skills
- - Self-starter mentality with business development capabilities
- - Strong understanding of employment law and recruitment practices
- - Excellent communication skills (fluency in English essential)
