About the role
- Keller Haldren is seeking an ambitious, independent-minded recruiter to join our partner network in New Zealand.
- We are looking for a talented recruiter who wants the autonomy of running their own operation while leveraging the infrastructure, brand recognition, and support of an established global recruitment organization.
- As a Keller Haldren Partner, you will have the freedom to build and grow your own recruitment business, your way, while benefiting from operational support, a global network, and marketing resources.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years recruitment experience
- Demonstrated ability to manage full recruitment lifecycle independently
- Strong client relationship management skills
- Self-starter mentality with business development capabilities
- Strong understanding of employment law and recruitment practices
- Excellent communication skills (fluency in English essential)
- Existing client base or business pipeline
- Specialization in high-demand sectors
- Experience with recruitment technology and CRM systems
- Previous experience running a business or managing P&L
- Established network within your business community
