About the role
- Act as a key connector across Commercial, Supply Chain, and European stakeholders to ensure our Sales & Operations Execution runs seamlessly.
- Balance supply and demand, reduce penalties and Non‑Performing Inventory (NPI), and enable smart, data‑driven decision‑making.
- Drive and continuously improve the Sales & Operations Execution process for the Benelux markets.
- Act as a trusted partner across Commercial, Customer Service, Finance, and European Supply Chain teams to ensure plans are executable.
- Proactively identify supply versus demand risks and translate insights into preventive and mitigation plans that reduce penalties and Non‑Performing Inventory.
- Provide clear and timely visibility to the Benelux business on supply constraints, demand volatility, and execution risks.
- Actively support and role‑model Kellanova’s Equity, Diversity & Inclusion and Corporate Social Responsibility agenda.
Requirements
- University degree or equivalent, preferably in a quantitative field such as Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business
- Strong ability to lead, influence, and inspire diverse stakeholders toward challenging and sometimes competing goals
- Proven analytical capability to interpret data, identify opportunities, define clear action plans, and execute with impact
- Experience working in Sales & Operations Execution, S&OP, supply chain planning, or operational roles within a complex, matrixed organization
- Knowledge of SAP/R3, APO, Excel, BI, or similar reporting and planning tools as a strong advantage.
