• Oversee end-to-end fleet administration across Latin America, including vehicle acquisition, maintenance, insurance, fuel, and disposal, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and service quality.
• Lead supplier selection, contract negotiation, and performance management to secure optimal service levels and cost-effective solutions.
• Analyze fleet and event data to identify trends, savings opportunities, and continuous improvement initiatives across the region.
• Plan and deliver regional and local corporate events, managing budgets, logistics, vendors, and on-site execution to ensure a high-quality employee experience.
• Lead and develop a regional team while partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to align services with business needs.
