Requirements
- Deep understanding of social media landscapes across multiple APAC markets (10+ years in agencies or brands within the region)
- Proven ability to navigate diverse consumer behaviours, platform preferences, and cultural nuances
- Strong knowledge of social commerce and live selling best practices
- Track record of building social capabilities that differentiate agencies in market
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to deliver compelling communications both in person and online
- Exceptional ability to build and maintain senior client relationships
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and delivering profitable outcomes
- Understanding and knowledge of AI tools is beneficial, but ability to learn and digest benefits and features of AI tools is critical
