Social Content Strategy – Creative Lead

Marketing

• Lead the end-to-end content creation and production processes within and across Product Areas, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and audience needs.
• Contribute to the long-term strategy for content and media initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance audience engagement and brand presence.
• Manage and execute multiple content and media projects, overseeing all phases of production including pre-production, physical production, and post-production.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in content and media design, development, writing, production, publishing, and operations, providing guidance and insights to enhance project outcomes.
• Generate innovative ideas to address complex product, design, and production challenges, utilizing multiple approaches to develop optimal solutions.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of content and media projects with broader company objectives.

• Creative Development: Develop amazing, innovative creative ideas that people love sharing, ensuring a "Social-first" approach.
• Go-to-Market (GTM) & Campaign Management
• Integrated GTM Execution: Bring to life comprehensive go-to-market plans for Shorts content across a full ecosystem.
• Social & Influencer Campaigns: Develop and execute dedicated social and influencer go-to-market plans and campaigns designed for Shorts.
• Agile Execution: Demonstrate a bias for action and execution, managing campaigns with agility to adapt to the fast-moving social landscape.
