Software Engineer

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight for all engineering, planning, design, and construction activities across the installation and Geographically Separated Units (GSUs)

• Responsible for the day-to-day management, coordination, and performance of all Engineering, Asset Management, and Real Property activities at Prince Sultan Air Base (PSAB), Saudi Arabia

• Provide engineering support to analyze and evaluate facilities work order requests for repair, maintenance and construction submitted by base/installation site building managers and tenants
• Provide field level inspections for engineering projects, prepare reports, conduct surveys / inspections of site and buildings for project generation, maintain paper and electronic records, and prepare initial project scopes, descriptions, and justifications for necessary facility modifications
• Assist the government Facilities Manager or Engineer in reviewing performance work statements (PWS) to identify deficiencies in service contracts, assess operational impacts, and required revisions
• Analyze existing processes, systems, and workflows to identify areas for improvement

• Provides a wide range of human resource services to an assigned business unit in support of the unit's business objectives, strategic goals, and human resource initiatives.
