About the role

  • Execute records management and cyclic/sensitive inventories analogous to PBO/APO duties; reconcile counts, update custody, and maintain auditable evidence across the 10 FAR 52.245-1 outcomes
  • Build/validate GFP Attachments; process contractor/Government shipments and receipts; support plant clearance cases and understand IUID registry touchpoints via the GFP Module

  • Help prepare artifacts for internal reviews and DCMA PMSA surveillance; draft corrective actions and close findings
  • Draft RFP/RFQ packages; perform market research and fair-and-reasonable determinations; coordinate with suppliers on pricing, delivery, specs, and terms tied to contract requirements/SOW
