Provides expert advice to the Program Manager on technical analysis and design considerations for SSA/SDA architectures
Develops agent-based models and scenarios to simulate system performance and Design Reference Missions (DRMs)
Identifies and adopts innovative approaches of AI/ML algorithms for sensor calibration and sensor orchestration mission planning
Conducts detailed trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies for improving the traditional SSA architecture

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in related engineering discipline (space physics, orbital mechanics)
12+ years of experience between operations SSA mission planning and DoD agile acquisition programs
Proficient and knowledgeable of commercial sensors and familiarization of technical insertion opportunities to the Government SSA architecture
Expert with modeling and simulation analysis platforms including MATLAB, AGI Systems Tool Kit, Simulink
Superior written and verbal communication skills
Active TS/SCI clearance
