Lead technical solution development for complex problems across the Mission Technology Solutions portfolio.
Shape customer requirements through early engagement, market research, and identification of competitive discriminators.
Develop proposal content, including technical volumes, whitepapers, and Basis of Estimates (BOEs), and respond to RFIs and market surveys.
Apply advanced methodologies such as Digital Engineering, Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), DevSecOps, Agile development, Cloud architectures, and Data Analytics using AI/ML, with a strong emphasis on System of Systems integration.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to capture and develop new and innovative solutions to a wide range of complex problems.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (Engineering, Computer Science, or related field); advanced degree preferred.
Minimum 5-8 years of industry experience in solution architecting or directly supporting operational programs to delivery capability to customers.
Preferred experience in an operational leadership role such as a Team Lead or Integrated Product Team (IPT) lead.
Proven experience in one or more mission areas: Defense, Intelligence, Civilian Space, or Homeland Security.
Strong background in System of Systems integration, architectures, and infrastructure.
Familiarity with advanced methodologies such as: Digital Engineering, Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), DevSecOps, Agile development, Cloud architectures, Data Analytics, AI/ML methodologies.
