About the role

  • You will contribute significantly to scaling and developing our marketplace sales business through new projects, processes and tool integrations.
  • You identify opportunities for development and optimization and evaluate growth strategies to acquire new international marketplace sellers.
  • You develop new ideas to improve the efficiency of sales processes based on internal and external data, collect, evaluate and consolidate input from various teams, and actively solicit feedback.
  • You take end-to-end ownership of projects and initiatives and proactively drive them forward within an international team.
  • You work closely with many other departments: Product Management, Marketplace Management, Finance & Controlling and Legal.

Requirements

  • You have relevant professional experience in sales development/project management with a proven track record of completed cross-functional projects and conceptual solutions focused on the e‑commerce industry.
  • You have successfully completed a university degree (B.A./B.Sc. or M.A./M.Sc.) with a focus on Business Administration, International Management, International Business or a related field.
  • You are goal- and customer-oriented, have strong communication skills and possess pronounced analytical and conceptual abilities — challenges motivate you!
  • You are able to understand complex sales processes and independently develop hands-on solutions.
  • You speak fluent German (native level) and English (C1) and enjoy working in an international environment.
