You will contribute significantly to scaling and developing our marketplace sales business through new projects, processes and tool integrations.
You identify opportunities for development and optimization and evaluate growth strategies to acquire new international marketplace sellers.
You develop new ideas to improve the efficiency of sales processes based on internal and external data, collect, evaluate and consolidate input from various teams, and actively solicit feedback.
You take end-to-end ownership of projects and initiatives and proactively drive them forward within an international team.
You work closely with many other departments: Product Management, Marketplace Management, Finance & Controlling and Legal.
Requirements
You have relevant professional experience in sales development/project management with a proven track record of completed cross-functional projects and conceptual solutions focused on the e‑commerce industry.
You have successfully completed a university degree (B.A./B.Sc. or M.A./M.Sc.) with a focus on Business Administration, International Management, International Business or a related field.
You are goal- and customer-oriented, have strong communication skills and possess pronounced analytical and conceptual abilities — challenges motivate you!
You are able to understand complex sales processes and independently develop hands-on solutions.
You speak fluent German (native level) and English (C1) and enjoy working in an international environment.
